But when it comes to getting into the Halloween spirit, 51% say the best way to do it is to decorate! No. 2 on the list is look for an awesome Halloween party. Surprisingly, 7% said they get into the Halloween spirit by dieting, “so I look awesome.”

The Bing/Impulse 2011 Halloween survey found the majority of Americans are spreading Halloween cheer by creating fun costumes without buying anything new.
