America’s Favorite TV Stars
“NCIS” actor Mark Harmon has been voted America’s Favorite TV Star for a second consecutive year by participants of a recent Harris Poll. Ellen DeGeneres of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and Jon Stewart of “The Daily Show” ranked Nos. 2-3 in the poll. There are different number ones for different groups. Men say Bill O’Reilly is their favorite, while for women it is Ellen DeGeneres. Generations also have their favorites. Echo Boomers (age 18-34) say Ellen is their favorite, while for Baby Boomers (age 47-65) and Matures (aged 66 and older) Mark Harmon is their favorite. For GenXers (age 35-46), there is a 4-way tie – Mark Harmon, Ellen DeGeneres, David Letterman and Oprah Winfrey. The Top 10 Favorite TV Stars:
